David Hammersley

Principal

David Hammersley is an insightful Food Service Design Consultant with over 40 years’ experience. Working in commercial kitchens, dealer networks, factory representation and design studios, he has a well-rounded knowledge and experience in foodservice design. From initial conception, complete documentation, construction, project turnover, and start-up, he is hands-on during all phases. He collaborates closely with architects, owners, and operations teams, speaking their “language” to develop concepts within scope, budget, and code, while meeting the operational requirements for a flawless design.  He has assembled and managed professional design / procurement teams throughout his career. Well-known and highly respected, he is recognized as a “spot on” foodservice design consultant covering a wide variety of projects ranging from educational facilities, small restaurants, kiosks, large hotels and chains.

A veteran foodservice designer, Ashley is key to the TBCI team’s success. A concise and thoughtful planner, she is a master at taking a concept from design study to construction. Her 21 years of experience have honed her skills at creating the most efficient high-end restaurants, gaming, and resort facilities. With a vast knowledge from working on a variety of project types, including restaurants/bars, K-12 public/private to university education, hotels/resorts, hospitals/healthcare facilities, museums, and entertainment venues. Under her exemplary leadership, our design staff develops schematic layout through construction documentation. Ashley implements cutting edge technologies and standards as she instructs and supervises our design staff in Autocad, REVIT, KCL catalog, Autoquotes, Bluebeam, Adobe & Microsoft programs.

Christina Brodeur

CAD, MEP Specialist

Christina is an experienced CAD drafter with over 16 years in the foodservice industry. Her experience covers a variety of project types, including restaurants and bars, universities, hotels, healthcare facilities, and entertainment venues. Producing schedules, elevations, electrical, plumbing, and special conditions drawings for construction, addressing RFI’s, revisions, as-built drawings. She works in Autocad, AutoQuotes, KCL catalog, Adobe & Microsoft programs.

PHILL RICHMOND

Revit Tech/BIM Engineer

With over 14 years of experience in foodservice and manufacturing design, Phill specializes in back-of-house planning and commercial warewashing systems—from compact undercounter setups to large-scale institutional and airport facilities. He brings a strong foundation from 20+ years in architectural, electrical, mechanical, and structural roles across residential, commercial, industrial, telecom, and government sectors. Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, and 3D modeling, Phill excels in space planning, equipment integration, and workflow optimization. A U.S. Air Force veteran, he now contributes to innovative projects at TBCI Design with a focus on technical excellence, collaboration, and client success.
