David Hammersley

David Hammersley

Executive, Design Principal

David is a seasoned Design Consultant with over 38 years of Foodservice related experience working in commercial kitchens, dealer networks, factory representation and design studios. He has exceptional experience in Foodservice design development from conception to completion. He is hands-on with owners and operations teams to develop concepts within budget limitations and code requirements. He has built and managed both design studios and procurement agencies, and now combines this experience into offered services at TBCI. He is well known and highly respected throughout the industry as a “spot on” talented Foodservice designer, capable of a wide variety of projects ranging from small restaurants, to kiosks, to large hotels and franchises.

George Perry

Vice President of Design

George comes to TBCI with 32 years experience in the Foodservice Industry. His varied industry experience includes working for Foodservice Equipment Contractors, FS Equipment Manufacturers and design consultants. His design experience covers an array of project types, from K-12 Schools, Correctional Facilities, Hotels, Laundry Facilities, Casinos to Stadiums/Arenas and multi-venue Resorts. His favorite project experience being the Dallas Cowboys Stadium in Arlington, TX. George leads the way with innovative design techniques and use of technology; He has been working with AutoCAD since its early roots in the industry and is Revit certified. In his spare time he likes taming rattlesnakes and casting a fishing line in the water.
Alexandra Silansky

Alexandra Silansky

Project Director

Alexandra joined TBCI in 2018 with 10 years of experience in Architectural design after leading a small Washington, DC based firm. Her experience as an architect provides TBCI with a unique ability to integrate into design teams as more than just another consultant, identifying challenges within the project that may require careful attention and additional design coordination. Meticulously detail-oriented, she is able to manage each project in a concise and organized manner, delineating tasks to the rest of the team for on-schedule delivery and maintains prompt communication with our clients, architects and contractors throughout the course of a project and operational commencement. Additionally, Alex leads our newly formed interior design studio, enabling us to expand our service offerings and strengthen our design presence. In her free time, Alex enjoys spending time at the barn with her horse, Coco and dogs Remi and Charlie.
Ashley Walogorsky

Ashley Walogorsky

Director of Design

Ashley has emerged as a true leader since joining TBCI in 2018. Her 18 years of experience began in New Hampshire mentoring with seasoned experts where she learned the skills of complex food service design. From there, she spent several years with a Boston consulting group honing her abilities at high end, chef driven design concepts like The Woods Jupiter (FL). This led her to seek out new and exciting design challenges; including chains such as Hard Rock Café, Brooklyn Water Bagel and Burger 21, premier large- scale Resorts such as Mosaic’s Streamsong Resort, University Dining Halls including SNHU & UVM, high profile Ski Resorts including Killington Resort, Bretton Woods & Attitash, and breweries like Big Storm & Sabago Brewing Company. Her vast, well-balanced portfolio enables her to tackle any challenge and develop designs from concept through construction. Ashley is now in charge of our design studio, leading our staff in learning new skills and techniques and continually improving our design documentation. Ashley is a client favorite with her positive and bright personality, a quality she brings daily into the studio. In her free time, she enjoys hiking and exploring the outdoors in her Jeep.
